She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Adkins; her siblings, Curtis, Sonny, Billy Pettry, Vicky Green and Reathel Skaggs; and her great grandchild Remington Jarett.
She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Caldwell, Ricky Adkins, Kathy Mullins, Misty Jarrett (Randy), Sarah Withrow and Rebecca Bradley (Owen). She is also survived by sisters, she leaves behind 16 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild and a host of great friends.
