It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Howard of Marmet, West Virginia, who passed away on August 17, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Keith Howard; her parents, Sibble Harless and Ethel Sally Peal Harless; and her siblings, Redith V. Vealey, George T. and Earl Harless.
She is survived by: her son Roger Dale Howard (Carol Rentz) of St. Leonard, MD; her grandchildren, Stefanie Howard Wines (Ronald) and Keith Howard (Catherine Holson); and her great grandchildren, Blake and Luke Wines.
