He is survived by: his significant other Connie Perdue; his daughters, Dr. Penny Mullins of Fremont, Deanna Hicks of Hurricane, WV and Melissa Mullins of Barboursville, WV; his sisters, Sarah Perry (Kitty) of Point Pleasant, WV and Sharon Burnside of Marmet, WV; and his grandchildren, Allie Carrillo, Jacob, Jonathan, Joseph, Adam Braun and Chelsie Hicks. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
