He was predeceased by: his wife Mobra Ann Markham Ullman; his parents, Arthur Ullman and Thelma Cochran Ullman; and his sister Virginia Reynolds. He is survived by: his children, Tonna Shamblin (David) of Marmet, Steven Ullman (Amy) of Cross Lanes and Greg Ullman (Linda) of Marmet; his grandchildren, Julie Mitchell, Jeremy Ullman (Brittany), Justin Ullman (Amber), Robbie Vickers and Amanda Sue Ullman; his great grandchildren, Aiden Mitchell, Parker Ullman, Jacob Mitchell, Brady Ullman, Ryleigh Ullman and Zane Mitchell; and his sister Byrdie Brunton of Teays Valley. He is also survived by Many other family members and friends.

The family would prefer that everyone in attendance wear masks.
