She is survived by: her husband David Rose of Marmet; her children, Forrest Hager of Bloomingrose, Shawn Tano of Bloomingrose and Courtney Hager (Terry Michael Patterson) of Charleston; her brother David Lee Murphy of Bloomingrose; and her grandchildren, Destiny, Kylissa, Trinity Hager, Kaylynn, Shawn and Cason Tano.
