She is survived by: her children, Theresa Foster Jarrett (Monty) of Charleston and Joseph E. Foster of Chesapeake; and her grandchildren, Tracy K. Lambert (Jason) of Dunbar, Aaron Christopher Jarrett (Mary) of South Charleston and Dalton J. Foster of Chesapeake.
