He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Dolin and Margaret Eskins Dolin; his grandmother Cuma Mae Dolin; and his stepson David Fortner. He is survived by: his wife Patti Rae Lemaster Dolin of Chesapeake; his son Jeffrey Dolin of Chesapeake; and his sisters, Debbie Kinder of Kanawha City, Patricia Jarboe of Prenter and Elaine Belcher of Columbus, OH. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
