He is survived by: his wife Reba Reynolds Tolbert of Marmet; his children, Terry L. Shamblin (Dwight) of Gallipolis, OH, Richard Brian Tolbert (Karen) of Charleston and Paula Cook of Charleston; his grandchildren, Chad Shamblin (Rain), Bray Shamblin (Amanda), Wyatt Cook (Breanna) and Makenzy Tolbert; and his great grandchildren, Karsyn, Emma, Hunter, Hudson, Kennedy, Lincoln and Eddison.
