She was predeceased by: her husband John C. Courtney; her son Marty L. Courtney; her parents, Lon Thompson and Catherine Hall Thompson; and her siblings, James, Bobby, Ralph, Irving, Douglas Thompson, Betty Thompson and Anna D'Raimo.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike Courtney (Michelle) of Charlotte, NC and Clay Courtney (Kathy) of Marmet; her granddaughters, Ashley and Kandis Courtney; her great grandchildren, Colton Ferrell, Caden, Jasey Berry, Haley, Landan Lyttle and Cole Berry; and her sisters, Eleanor Pace (Roy) of Ohio, Jean Barker of Kansas and Many.
