It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobbie Kay Chappell of Marmet, West Virginia, who passed away on June 8, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Russell Jr. and Laura Sue Berry Russell; and her sisters, Dawn Renee Russell and Vonda Kay Bartram. She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Chappell of Hickory, NC; and her brother Odell "Rick" Russell of Kanawha City.
