She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Atkins and Ethel Atkins; and her sister-in-law Deloris Atkins. She is survived by: her brother John H. Atkins; her nieces, Jenny Edwards and Rebecca Perry; and her friends, Jane, Terry, Judy, Kay and Monica.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to your local animal shelter or come spring, plant a flat of Betty's favorite flower, purple pansies, in her memory.
