He is survived by: his wife Patty Cantley Pack; his children, Sarah Ann Chelton (Chris), Amy Louise Massey (Tim) and Michael Lee Pack; his grandchildren, Seth, Ian, Lani, Caden and Lydia; and his great grandchildren, Myles, Gracie, Saylor and Rowan.
