She is survived by: her husband Oather Parsons of Chesapeake; her son Delmar Parsons (Stacey Pinson) of Cross Lanes; her siblings, Judy Baldwin Harless of Madison, Deborah Lynn Baldwin of Chesapeake, Evelyn Baldwin Jarrell of Nellis, Ethel Baldwin Walker of Florida, Paul Baldwin of Chesapeake and Roger Baldwin of Turtle Creek; and her grandchildren, Cameron Pinson and Kassidee Pinson.
