She was predeceased by: her parents, William McPhail and Annie Jolly McPhail. She is survived by: her significant other Charles Humphrey; her in-laws, John McPhail (Joyce), William McPhail (Peggy), Robert McPhail (Janet), Thomas McPhail (Sue), David McPhail, Charles "Little Chuck" McPhail and Rachel New (Roy); her brother Jim McPhail (Barbara); her sister-in-law Brenda McPhail; her children, Betty Humphrey of Marmet and Charles Humphrey (Sharon) of Marmet; and her grandchildren, Annie Washington (Jeremy) of Marmet, Haley Mooney (Jeremy) of Hughes Creek and Zachary Humphrey of Marmet. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
