He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Laskey, Sr. and Martha Harkless Laskey Black; his wife Sue C. Dunkle Laskey; his brother John Laskey (Barbara) of Apex, NC; his sister-in-law Peggy Jo Pitsenbarger of Franklin; and his brother Melvin Laskey.
