He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Otis Lester and Faye Rebecca Ryder Lester; his brothers, Curtis, Tommy and Paul Benton Lester; his close friend Debbie McCarty of Marlinton; his daughter Kayla Lester (Tyler Hefner) of Marlinton; his stepson Shaun McCarty of Marlinton; and his brother James "Salty" Lester of Culpeper Virginia.
