He is survived by: his nephew Matthew Crouser of Mannington; his cousins, Danielle Woolf (Brian) of Salem, OH, Cheryl Vanatsky of Columbiana, OH, Debra Pilla of Salem, OH and Tonia Ash of Shinnston; and his aunts and uncles, Gary, Beverly Bowers of Mannington, April Sneary, Crystal Bratton and Cody Harmon.
