He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Simpson; his sisters, Betty Duncan and Jackie Hendershot; and his siblings-in-law, Joe, Tom Clements and Patty Wells.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Clements Simpson; his children, Andy Simpson (Stacie), James Edward (Georgina), Mark Alan Simpson (Janie), Alice Slater (Mark) and Anita Simpson; his grandchildren, Shawn Slater (Grace), Mark Slater (Kim), Michael Warnick (Tori), Dakota Warnick (Rebecca), Chris Simpson (Katie), Josh Clements (Carolyn), Chelsie Clements, Kodi Simpson (Alisha), Mikayla Simpson (Matt), Charmayne and Joseph Simpson; his great grandchildren, Cierra, Killian Slater, Connor Warnick, Wyatt Thorne, Chloe Rae Clements and John Volck (Bub); and his sister Mary Esther Haught. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, loved ones, and extended family.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the governor's executive order, strict social distancing and masks are respectfully required.
