He is survived by: his wife Margaret Marie Miller Williams; his children, Ronald Tatgenhorst (Heather Doran) of Byesville, OH, Bridget Shawn Howland of Shadyside, OH, Melissa Clark (John) of Belington, WV and Beverly Cline of Ohio; his grandchildren, Anthony Smith, Bobbi Jo Smith, Kurstin Beck, Jessica Beck, Presten Beck, Collin Morgan, Abby Tatgenhorst, Katie Donnley and Jackson Clark; his great grandchildren, Jaron Groover, Kaitlyn Wright, Arliss Barton, Dayah Barton, Niko Barton and Xavier Barton; and his brother Wayne Williams of Weirton, WV. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
