Sarah Elliott Mills Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sarah Elliott Mills of Mannington, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 3, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Nelson "Doc" Elliott, Sr. and Florence Ryan Elliott; and her husband Ollie J. Mills. She is survived by: her children, Dr. James D. Mills of Morgantown and Drs; her grandchildren, Madison, Drew, Sarah, Shaley Mills of York, PA, Grace and McKenna Cardwell of Austin, TX.; her sister Phoebia Dickinson of Chesapeake, VA; and her sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Lee Elliott of Monongah, WV and Janice Elliott of Chesapeake. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
