She was predeceased by: her father James Eddie Smith; her brother James Smith (Junior); her nephew Scott Knight; and her niece Charity Shearer. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Masters Smith of Mannington; her husband John Zemonick; her daughter Alexandria Zemonick of Morgantown; her siblings, Deborah Knight (Kelly), Elizabeth Knight, Kimberly Shearer, Daniel Smith (Missi), Grace Smith and Eva Smith; and her nieces and nephews, Thomas "TJ" Knight, Stephanie Waddell (Justin), Amanda Knight, Bruce Knight (Misty), Virginia Shearer (Shelby), Joseph Shearer (Sierra), Melanie Hughes (David), Marissa Smith (Kyle), Dorothea Smith (Julie) and Patricia Smith. She is also survived by several great-nieces and great-nephews and two great-great-nieces.
In addition to her father, Sara was preceded in death by her grandparents, her brother James (Junior) Smith, her nephew Scott Knight and her niece Charity Shearer.
