He is survived by: his wife Susie Stout Talkington; his children, Stephanie Jo Talkington Teets, Tracy Lee Talkington and Angela Sue Talkington; his granddaughters, Allison Sue Talkington, Hannah Jo Teets and Emily Faith Talkington; his sister Darlene Talkington Smith; his parents-in-law, Helen Stout Myers, Steve, Shirley Stout, Norma Gean Stout Fulton, Jim, Joy Stout and Betty Stout; and his aunts, Jean Pethtel and Vivian Pethtel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, including greats, and cousins.
