He is survived by: his siblings, Carmen Hays of Mannington and Richard Garcia of Fairmont; his daughter Misty Longstreth of Mannington; and his grandchildren, Zachary Elijah Rush, Olivia Rush and Nacoma Barr. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
