He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Dallas and Juanita Doreen Riggs Rinehart; his brother Jeff Rinehart; and his grandparents, Louise, Dutch Riggs, John and Linnie Rinehart.
He is survived by: his daughters, Josie Rinehart (Johnathon Ray Williams) and Amanda Dawn Rinehart of Barrackville; his grandchildren, Hunter Williams, Layla Rinehart, Gunner Williams and Braxton Williams; his brothers, Joe Rinehart (Cathy) of Whetstone and Rick Rinehart (Holly); and his sisters-in-law, Donna Rowan of Rachel and Dina Rinehart.
