He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Fordyce and Gladys Clelland Fordyce; and his wife Mary Ellen Fordyce. He is survived by: his daughter Jeri Lynn Perkins (Bobby Padgett) of St. Jo, Texas; his stepchildren, Dena Siburt (Texan) of Fairmont and Junior Boyer (Linda) of Granttown; his sister Virginia May Oliveto of California; and his close friend Donna Yost of Mannington. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
