He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Beryl Cunningham and Mildred Mearl Spragg Cunningham; his brother Ronald Cunningham; and his former wife Beverly Cunningham. He is survived by: his children, Brian David Cunningham (Lynna) of New Martinsville, Charles Edward Cunningham (Michelle) of Burton and Lisa Renee O'Neill (Mike) of New Martinsville; his grandchildren, Charles "Chuckie" Cunningham II (Hunter), Nikki Cunningham (Michael McDowell), Logan Bock, Lance Bock and Abby Bock; his great grandchildren, Remington Cunningham, Reed Cunningham and Rhett Cunningham; his sister Pamela Conaway of Mannington; his son Chuck; his daughter-in-law Michelle; and his grandchild Chuckie (Hunter).
