He is survived by: his wife Gail Martha Fowler Cloud; his children, Brian Harrison Cloud (Klaudia Lipford) of Fredericksburg, VA, Keith Alan Cloud (Veronica) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Heather Lynette Riffe (Melvin) of Mechanicsville, VA; his grandchildren, Andrew, Rebecca, Jessica, Brittany, Krissy, Noah, Kaela and Alex; and his sisters, Norma Steffler and Marguerite Faytol. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
