It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nora Minger (Mannington, West Virginia), who passed away on February 5, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kenneth Carman and Wanda Vivian Henderson Carman; her son Duane Von Minger; and her siblings, Nancy Kay Ott, Debra Lynn Carman and Kenneth Nile Carman.
She is survived by: her husband Stanley Duane Minger; her daughter Tiffany Lee Miller (Scott) of Mannington; her grandchildren, Nathan Scott Miller and Evan Lee Miller; and her siblings, Charlotte Postlethwait (Carl) of Metz and Charles David Carman (Mary Jane) of Rivesville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and extended family.
