She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Ray Ott and Bertha Mae Hibbs Ott; her husband Kennis John Kellar; her daughter-in-law Robin Kellar; and her siblings, Harlan Ott, Margaret Ott, Marie Holcomb and Rosetta White.
She is survived by: her children, Kennis Kellar Jr. of Odells Knob, Russell Kellar Sr. (Debbie) of Lumberport, Milly Kellar (Mike Stevens) of Curtisville, Charlene Stevens (Danny) of Curtisville, Donna Harper (Randy) of Odells Knob and Tina Kincaid (Chris) of Odells Knob; and her close friend Randy Hinerman. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
