She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Anderson and Edna Copenhaven Anderson; and her siblings, Don Anderson, Franklin "Jack" Anderson (Patty) of Weirton, WV, William Anderson, Robert Anderson, Geraldine Carson, Elizabeth Starkey, Carolyn Martin and Paula Rose Anderson.

She is survived by: her children, Terry Brewer (Wanda) of Massillon, OH, Kevin Brewer (Glenda) of Mannington and Vickie Starsick (Terry) of Mannington; and her brothers, Joe Anderson (Carolyn) of Chatsworth, GA and Jim Anderson (Helen) of Burgettstown, PA. She is also survived by four grandsons and two great-grandsons; and several nieces and nephews.

The family requests masks to be worn as well as social distancing.

“Neva was a very Dear Friend to my Mom, Jo'an, infact she was a Special Lady to me & my Family! Our Hearts 'n Prayers go out to Vicky, Kevin & Terry & their families! I remember years ago when her & Vicky lived in a lil cottage behind Tofake's & Neva would cook a homemade meal & people would drop in, we were All like Family & Neva was a darn good cook! She was loved by many & will be missed! Mam probably was at the pearly gates welcoming Neva home🙏 God rest her Soul🙏☮️💕🌅”
