She was predeceased by: her parents, James Price and Nellie Simpson Price; her son Lewis Scott Hanning; her brother Chester Simpson; her sister-in-law Mary "Gin" Simpson; her sister Martha "Peg" Batson; her brothers-in-law, Arnold "Butch" Batson and Willard Villers Sr.; and her nieces, Linda Kay Villers, Tabitha Price and Peggy Lynn Batson.
She is survived by: her husband Lewis "Junior" Hanning; her daughter Melissa Brooks; her son-in-law Rick; her sisters, Freda Villers and Linda Wade; and her brother-in-law Robert Wade. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
