She is survived by: her mother Patricia Matheny; her daughters, Alexis Paige Lucas and Brooklynn Grace Zaleski; her fiancé Rick Fernandez; and her sisters, Tammy Lucas, Kim Daft and Rene Matheny (Rick Fernandez). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
