She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Huey and Goldie Bell Huey; her husband Rupert Clyde Toothman; her siblings, Janice Zirkle, Frances Crenovich and Harry Bert Huey (Paula); and her son Douglas Toothman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Andrea Ryan (Thomas) of Mannington and Marilyn Ray of Arizona; and her grandchildren, Laura Gorbey of Mannington, Dustin Ryan of Mannington, Rebekah Stahl of Mannington, Matthew Hess of Arizona, Nicole Riley of Arizona, Brandon Hess of Arizona and Erikka Finch of Arizona. She is also survived by Twelve great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, five nieces and nephews.
