She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Walter and Betty Capet Holcomb; her fiancé David Strosnider; her husband Kenneth Moore Sr.; her daughter Tammy Moore; her stepgrandson Jonathan Frausto; and her siblings, Eugene Holcomb, Jim Holcomb, Gerald Holcomb and Mable "Tootsie" Capet.

She is survived by: her sons, William Moore (Fairview), Kenneth Moore Jr. (Mannington) and Jesse Moore (Belinda); her stepgrandson Steven; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Kyler Berry, Sylas Zembraski, Mila Zembraski and Everleigh Morrison; and her sisters, Becky Garland, Sharon Martin and Nancy Hibbs. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and special friends.
