He was predeceased by: his parents, Vito Regillo and Concetta Cagliostro Regillo; his son Joseph Victor Regillo, II; his granddaughter Andrea Regillo; and his siblings, Angelo, Phillip, Anthony, Nick, Leck and Francis Ann "Frankie" Regillo.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Regillo, Connie Pallotta (Jay) and Toni Regillo; and his grandchildren, Ross, Rocky, Renzo Pallotta, Derrian Carpenter, Josey and Kasey Regillo. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
