He is survived by: his mother Betty Harper Cunningham of Smithfield, WV; his wife Samra J. Doshen Cunningham; his children, John Cunningham (Susie) of Walker, WV and Kimberly Bolyard (Brian) of Thornton, WV; his sister Sue Barker (Larry) of Metz, WV.; his grandsons, Johnathan Cunningham (Jordan) of Phoenixville, PA, Colton Bolyard (Allison) of Tunnelton, WV and Dalton Bolyard (Allison) of Pearl Harbor, HI; his friends, Tom Neer, Bobby Brown of Mannington, WV, Terry Patterson of Fairmont, WV, Louis Hernandez of San Antonio, TX and Gary Craig of Mannington, WV; and also, Denise Kovar and Vicky Parker of Farmington, WV.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
