He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Earl Barker and Callie Wright Barker; his sons, Stephen Barker and Gary Barker; and his brothers, Alvin, Lloyd, Gary and Vinton Barker.
He is survived by: his children, Marianne Elliston (Randy) of Bella Vista, AR and Richard Todd Barker (Thressa) of Murfreesboro, TN; his grandchildren, Darryl Barker, James Barker, Ashley Clark, Austin Barker, Ian Barker and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Addie Kruger, Lila Clark, Freya Barker, Elias Barker and Josiah Barker; his daughters-in-law, Michelle Barker and Donna Barker; his siblings, Mildred Conaway (Wayne) of Farmington, Larry Barker (Sue) of Metz, Ronzel "Bruce" Barker of Rachel, Kenneth Barker (Debbie) of Fairmont, Ann Capps, Glenda Gray (David) of Louisiana and Tom Barker of Las Vegas, NV.; and his niece Kristen Barker of Fairmont. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
