It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geraldine Carson (Mannington, West Virginia), born in Smithfield, West Virginia, who passed away on October 3, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Lloyd and Edna Copenhaver Anderson; and her husband John E. Carson. She is survived by: her sons, John Carson (Judy) and Allen Carson (Paula); her grandchildren, Amy Criddle (Adam), Ben Carson (Merrilee), Andy Carson (Kathryn), Nick Carson (Jennifer), Clare Carson, Janet Allan (R. D.), Julia Thomas (Gary) and John D. Carson (Raji); and her siblings, Neva Brewer, Robert Anderson, Joe (Carolyn), Jim (Helen) and John Anderson (Patty). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
