She was predeceased by: her parents, John Edward and Emma M. Tarn Fowler; her husband Norman Harrison Cloud, Jr.; and her brother Wayne Fowler. She is survived by: her children, Brian Cloud (Klaudia Lipford) of Fredericksburg, VA, Keith Alan Cloud (Veronica) of Denver, CO and Heather Lynette Riffe (Melvin) of Mechanicsville, VA; and her grandchildren, Andrew, Rebecca, Jessica, Brittany, Krissy, Noah, Kaela and Alex. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
