He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Leon and Julia May Orvis Toothman; his wife Rosina Toothman; his son Russell Leon Toothman; and his grandson William "Will" Toothman.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Eugene Toothman, Julia Alice Toothman McCue, Rosina Caroline Toothman Delatte and Frank Eugene Toothman Jr.; and his grandchildren, Connie Castle, Amy Toothman, James Toothman, Susan Toothman, David Toothman, Donna Toothman, Joseph Toothman, Zachary Delatte, Whittney Toothman, Terri McCue Russell, Jeremiah McCue, Stephanie McCue De Jong, Marlene McCue Gieraltowski, Josiah McCue, Jedidiah McCue, Joseph McCue, Heidi McCue Tarvuud, Alyssa McCue, Hadassah McCue, Alexus McCue Bodunde, Rebecca McCue, Elena McCue and Harmony McCue. He is also survived by 37 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
