He is survived by: his wife Linda Bland Bissett; his son George Allen Bissett (Missi) of Stonewood; his stepsons, Samuel West of Laurelville, OH, Michael Stark (Dawn) of Fairmont, WV and Jason Stark (Brooke) of Barrackville, WV; his grandchildren, Layton Bissett of Kingwood, Maura, Luke, Lilly Stark and Conner Rush; his sister Sharon Bissett; his sister-in-law Judy Bissett of Mannington; his niece Anna Maria Hughes (David); his nephews, David (Laura) and Michael Burton of New Jersey; and his friends, Ike Morgan, Jerry Taylor and Carol Toothman Booth. He is also survived by his family and his many friends.
