The memory of Elizabeth Metz of Mannington, West Virginia, who passed away on November 12, 2024 at the age of 85, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee A. Wildman and Ruby Evelyn Glasscock Wildman; her husband Bernard Metz; her siblings, Joan Rinehart, Richard Wildman and Benny Lee Wildman; her former husband Richard "Ipp" Glover; and her stepson Rich Glover.
She is survived by: her children, Cheri Hays (Mike) of Mannington, Tonya Lodge (Larry) of Mannington, Bo Metz (Amy) of Morgantown, Joni Latocha (John) of Mannington and Jami Trowbridge (Dan) of Mannington; her stepson Roger Glover of Mannington; her grandchildren, Dusty Hays (Rachel), Daran Hays (Stacy), Derek Lodge, Justin Lodge (Cecilia), Aubrey Metz, Claire Metz, Deacon Metz, Chelsi Russell (Brooks), Abby Latocha, Quint Latocha, Taylor Garrison, Luke Trowbridge and Carly Trowbridge; her stepgrandchildren, Michael Glover (Sarah) and Shannon Glover (Joseph Debar); her great grandchildren, Brady, Amelia, Landree, Lauren, Grant, Beau, Waylon and Marshall; and also, Delaney, Natalie, Braxton, Christy Richardson (Mitchell), Reese, Evan of Fairmont, Garrett Glover (Tim Ray) of Fairmont, Andrew Glover and Alex of Mannington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Masters Funeral Home (209 E Main St, Mannington, WV 26582). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
