She was predeceased by: her parents, Bailey Brown and June Marie Dunnish Starkey; and her siblings, Danny Edward Brown and Sandra Lee Brown. She is survived by: her husband Darrell Starkey of Mannington; her son Jason Ray Starkey (Jerrie Dawn) of Doddridge County; and her siblings, Richard Brown (Burlea) of Farmington and Doris Jean Brown of Mannington.
