He is survived by: his parents, Johnny Paul Stevens of Mannington and Stephanie Toquinto of Oklahoma; his stepmother Cari Stevens of Mannington; his children, Ryan Storm Stevens and Tessa Marie Stevens; the mother of his children Mollie Hopkins of Ohio; his sisters, Samantha Toquinto (Dustin Cosner) of Mt. Storm, WV, Sierra Stevens of Mannington and Brieanna Stevens of Mannington; his grandparents, Wanda, Kenny Stevens of Mannington and Christine Hart of Mannington; his aunt Jennifer White of Mannington; his uncles, Danny Stevens (Charlene) and Chris Hart (Serena) of Bruceton Mills, WV; his great-grandparent Jean Johnson of Bridgeport; and his close friend Tracy Goodrich of Mannington. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
