It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Daniel Mullenax (Mannington, West Virginia), who passed away on February 15, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabel Mullenax Smith and Charles Frederick Mullenax; and his sisters, Marie Cotrel, Jean Hohman and Mary Muzichuck.
He is survived by: his children, Todd Mullenax (Kristen) and Tracy O'Brien (Steve); and his siblings, Maxine Brownlee, Sue Fullen Angelino and Gary Mullenax. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Make-A-Wish or The American Cancer Society in Danny's memory.
