He is survived by: his mother Genevieve Mae Crim Stout of Plum Run; his wife Rebecca Jean "Becky" Allan Stout; his son Chad Stout (Chris); his granddaughter Paige Stout of Arizona; his daughter-in-law Kate McClung of Arizona; his sisters, Karen Sue "Susie" Long (Danny) of Mannington and Virginia Kay Sturm (Jim) of Metz; his parents-in-law, Ron and Cora Jean "Jeannie" Allan of Mannington; and his brothers-in-law, R. D. Allan (Janet) of Mannington, John Allan (Erin) of Florida, Ethan Allan (Lauren) of Texas and Justin Allan of Mannington. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and several nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
