He is survived by: his father Charles Kernan, Sr. of Proctor; his children, Robert Kernan (Tasha) of Farmington, Charles Kernan (Lindsey) of Rivesville, Ryan Kernan of Grafton, Randall Loy of Mon County and Alexa Kernan of Moundsville; his sister Lila Wilson (Jimmy) of Baxter; and his grandchildren, Summra, Keyara Kernan, Timothy Loy, Adrianna, Colten and Havynn Kernan.
