She was predeceased by: her parents, Juston Eugene Reel and Anna Jenkins-Reel of Virginia; her siblings, Lawrence Reel, Jerry Reel (Hot Rod), Gary Reel (Donna Reel), Shiela Reel-Efaw (Timothy Efaw) and Debbie Reel-Myers (Jean); her nephews, JC Reel and Mathew Taylor; and her siblings-in-law, Nancy Reel, Earl D. Sandy and William Elliott (Buck).
She is survived by: her husband Randy Kelley; her children, Melissa Harris-Long of Pine Bluff and Daniel Harris of Glade Fork; her granddaughter Mitchelle VanPelt of Glade Fork, WV; her son Ryker of Fairmont, WV; and her siblings, Joyce Elliott (Sis) of Winchester, VA, Linda Reel (Lin) of White Post, VA, Sandy Sandy (Okie) of Glade Fork, Candy Wyckoff (Daisy) of Joetown, WV, Bambi (Bam), Foster Carnes of Margarett Road, Justin Reel (JD) of Stevenson, VA, Larry Reel of Bridgeport, WV and Christopher Reel (Skip) of Lumberport, WV. She is also survived by three step-daughters, seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home on behalf of the family to assist with funeral expenses.
