She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Holbert and Dantia Lee Stout Holbert; her husband Gary Fluharty; her daughter Carrie Ann; and her sisters, Linda and Ann.
She is survived by: her stepson Jeff Fluharty of Rock Lake; her children, Dantia Nicholson (Kenneth) of Mannington, James Efaw (Michelle) of Mannington and Richard Efaw (Bashtlee) of Littleton; her grandchildren, Carmen Fluharty, Michael Nicholson (Clarissa), Destiny Jett (Montel), Tiffany DeVaul (JD), Austin Nicholson, Sabrina Simpson (Ryan), Isaac Efaw, Damien Sawyers, Ryan Moore, Caitlyn Lancaster, Kenneth Lancaster, Cheyenne Lancaster, Jacob Lancaster, Anita Snyder and Nicole Efaw; and her siblings, Walter Holbert (Carol) of Tampa, FL, Karen Corbin (Randy) of Fairmont and Danny Holbert (Althea) of Fairmont. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
