He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Gene Minger and Alma Ann Wyckoff Frye; and his sister-in-law Nora Lee Carman Minger. He is survived by: his nephews, Nathan and Evan Miller; his wife Barbara Jean Hostutler Minger; his children, Karen Hetrick (Aaron) of Mannington, Troy Joseph Jenkins (Rebecca) of Alicia, PA and Cassie Ellen Neville of Mannington; and his brothers, Stanley Duane Minger, Ronnie Eugene Minger (Rebecca), Bryan Dwight Minger, John Howard Frye, Jr. and Terry Frye (Dawn). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
